Our Story

Philippe Lam

A former amateur hockey player, Philippe was born and raised in East Vancouver, British Columbia. Starting in the H.E.R.O.S beginners athletics program and progressing in to the B.A.S.H hockey program, he developed in to a dominant player at the Junior level. Philippe is now a business communications student at Capilano University and is a lead skills and conditioning instructor for Vancouver Minor Hockey Association. As Co-founder of Zap Massage Therapy, Phil's goal is to give the opportunity for young athletes to feel their best and reach their full potential. 


Lucas Robinson

Also a former amateur hockey player, Lucas spent time over 5 years competing at the Junior A & B levels across Canada. Now away from hockey, Lucas studies Business and Psychology at the University of British Columbia, where he is also a member of the Men's Rowing program. As a student athlete who is specializing in Psychology, Lucas understands the importance for athletes and those who are striving to improve both their mental and physical health to include a proper recovery routine in to their daily routines.
