This is amazing. Our family have always been athletes involved in a variety of sports and college basketball . Over the years it takes a tole on your body with injuries. Our son used a friends and loved it so he wanted one for Christmas. As parents we of course had to try his therapy gun out to make sure it worked. It helped to loosen up our sore and stiff areas so much we kept it and ordered another therapy gun. Love so much our second son is getting one for Christmas.
